Our 100% New Zealand built quality heavy duty Wool presses have been designed to handle the toughest shearing conditions. ICS Farm Machinery have paid particular attention in producing robust Wool presses with versatile features to meet the needs of Farmers, Contractors as well as industrial/commercial applications. We take Pride in the fact that these units are more Efficient and Robust compared to other Local and Imported models. Our Presses are used by Shearing Contractors, Sheep, Goat and Lama Farmers, as well as for pressing Rags, Wood Wool and various other materials.

The ICS Dominator Wool Press has a 3-stage hydraulic pump wool press system that boasts 13.5 Tonnes of thrust and fast cycle time. The ICS Dominator Wool Press is the most transportable wool press machine that fits through any doorway without the need to take the unit apart, as well as without the aid of a trolley.

SERVICE & SPARE PARTS
As the Master distributor of Lyco products in New Zealand, prior to Lyco industries closing down in Australia, ICS has continued to service and carry spare parts for Lyco wool presses, these include Clutches, transformers, spike assemblies, spike springs, Motors etc.
We carry a comprehensive amount of spare parts for most wool presses, if we don’t have it we can either source it or make it in our fabrication shop. All Hydraulic repairs of Cylinders and components is done in house through our Hydraulink Hydraulic Shop.

ICS, both service and renovate industrial wool presses. Bringing them up to current WORK SAFE requirements. ICS can also manufacture special builds requirements to meet your needs, ensuring you get a machine that best suits your application. NOTE: Due to complexity and strict safety requirements for automated Presses each build is made to order, lead times are between 3-6 months depending on what is required.
