ICS Manufacturing Ltd, formerly Master Distributors of LYCO Innovations, is proud to have been supplying New Zealand with the famous ORIGINAL “ROLLAMASTER” Docking Chute for the past 25 years.
With 4 models available, Standard, Contractor, Standard with Tipper and Contractor with Tipper, the ORIGINAL New Zealand designed and made ROLLAMASTER is the proven No 1 docking chute available.
The ROLLAMASTER allows the farmer to reduce precious time spent, stress on lambs, saves operators from back and arm strain and allows multiple operations to be performed at the one time.
Portable, easy to use and virtually maintenance free, the ROLLAMASTER uses a patented Vee roller configuration to ensure safe, smooth and speedy throughput of lambs. Lambs from 2 weeks to 3 months are handled easily with quick adjustments for different sized animals.
Loading and un-loading is simple with 5-8 lambs able to be worked on by multiple operators if desired.
The Tipper mechanism requires just one hand movement, lowering the lamb onto its feet for a quick “get away”.
With easy set-up, fold down and transportation, the ROLLAMASTER is the ideal tool for drenching, ear marking, tailing, spraying, castration and inoculation.
The ROLLAMASTER is manufactured using electroplated steel and heavy duty polyethylene rollers providing strong, durable construction to withstand New Zealand’s harsh weather conditions.

The ICS Rollamaster Tipper is a fast and efficient system designed for the marking and tailing of lambs and kids while providing the best possible care to the animals. The Tipper allows the lambs to be tipped out of the chute rather than pulled and dropped. The lambs tails are presented in the ideal position to be removed and ensures that the lambs no longer kick the person doing the tailing. The lambs land on their feet & are no longer able to run under the chute (where they can tip over the gas).
ICS Rollamaster Tipping Chutes are available direct from ICS or through all leading Stock firms through out New Zealand.
Note the Tipper extension will require some engineering work to have it attached to existing Lyco Rollamasters.
